About Me

Welcome to Ethos Health Coaching. I’m Emily and I’m a qualified Health Coach with a keen interest in women’s health, hormones, and chronic stress – partly because I’ve had my fair share of personal experience in these areas.

My interest in health began at uni when I started going to the gym and trying fad diets – all in an effort to lose weight that I didn’t even need to lose.

Like a lot of people, I didn’t really know much about looking after my health and my priorities were all wrong.

As a result of abusing exercise and dieting for years, and never stopping to address my own anxieties, I was left with chronic stress, hormone imbalances and disordered eating.

All of which which left me with anxiety, mood and sleep problems, bloating and digestive issues, fatigue, acne, the list goes on.

It wasn’t until I started learning about health and wellbeing from a holistic perspective that I saw light at the end of the tunnel.

Using a number of methods, including alternative and naturopathic practices, I can now say my whole outlook on health has shifted, and it amazes me how far my health has come.

I myself have used the wonderful services of therapists, nutritionists, PTs, acupuncturists and health coaches and learnt so much from each discipline along the way.

Now, I want to support other people through their own health concerns or queries with a well-rounded approach that looks at you and your life as a whole life to find solutions that work for you.
